I am working on completing my BSB/Finance degree through University of Phoenix. Over the last few weeks we have experienced some major system issues. About two weeks ago we were unable to login to our classroom. The problem lasted for about 3 days. Now, the system is down again tonight. There is no message on the tech support website explaining the problem, just a generic message telling us to try again later.
I sent a message last night to tech support asking for them to share their plan for improving the reliability of their services. I have not hear from them yet. If they actually respond, I will update this message with that information. But I am not holding my breath.
I must say I am pretty disappointed with University of Phoenix at this time. I hope the problem is temporary and will become a distant memory. If the problem continues, I might need to consider looking for an alternate online University to finish my business degree.
Any suggestions?
